I've been with NewPage for over 5 years and am really happy with the work I'm doing. I effectively handle my work-life balance. The company culture is encouraging, collaborative, and pleasant. The work is engaging and meaningful, and benefits are great. I love working from home on a flexible schedule. The compensation is fair. They offer MacBooks (which is fantastic). The company is also a great place to work certified and has a clear employee value proposition.

Cons

Working remotely can be challenging in terms of communication and teamwork.
