      A double edged sword

      Pros

      The company culture is great honestly. They are big on giving back to the and provide you with opportunities to volunteer. The office is really nice and we do fun events like escape rooms, scavenger hunts, etc.

      Cons

      There are leaders who will encourage to prioritize the role over things that are extremely important like your literal children and mental health. Things usually run very smoothly when you’re doing good, but if your productivity begins to be impacted the treatment is flipped like a switch. It make your feel that they were disingenuous in the first place and you’re only as good as how much you benefit them. Also depending on the role the pay can suck.

      Pros

      New Rez seems to have a higher base pay than competitors.

      Cons

      If you have a family, expect to pay $900 a month for health insurance. New Rez has their own proprietary system and it's not great.
