      Pay, benefits, flex work environment.

      Cons

      Overworked, zero communication, constant change in job roles. Management does not care about you whatsoever and that is across the company. Division of departments even within teams. Very childish tactics against employees. Health insurance is not good for the price, surprising with such a large company. Merger which eliminated positions

      I worked there 3 years, the first 6 months it wasn't that bad, then a lot of people started leaving (and some were let go). The last 2 years they downsized a lot and fired literally VPs, AVPs, lots of managers and even more employees. We lost an entire floor of people. Poor communication, the company is cheap and run by thieves and moronic CEO's that don't know what they're doing, they fire you and make up a reason so they don't have to pay severance. I spoke with my AVP when she was fired after, same thing. DON'T WORK HERE UNLESS YOU'RE ALREADY PREPARED TO LOSE YOUR JOB.
