Fast-Paced Environment but Lacks Fair Leadership

Occasional free meals on Mondays or during mandatory overtime Gained experience handling high call volumes in a fast-paced environment Exposure to loan servicing processes and compliance standards

Cons

Management plays favorites, creating an unfair work environment Team leads enforce rules (no phones on the floor) but break them themselves by taking personal calls No work-life balance; constant calls with no real breaks Poor training that leaves employees unprepared Toxic culture where gossip and talking about others is common High pressure and lack of support from leadership Disrespectful communication from management when asking questions No safe reporting system. Manager said she’ll back her leaders no matter what, so employees felt like they have no voice.
