Pays well, commission structure is way better than Freedom Mortgage and NewDay USA, no leads hierarchy meaning on the first day you are taking inbounds

Cons

Management keeps hiring as sales continue to go down. To stay afloat they will have to do a mass firing of loan officers. The heads of the company went bankrupt a few years ago and changed the name of the company. Every day they prove to you that they are even dumber than you thought they were. You start to wonder if you are dumb for still being surprised or if you are really witnessing what you are witnessing. They are just shockingly stupid. They don't have their leadership roles because of their intelligence. America and/or capitalism can just be random that way. Don't lose your sense of humor - the pay makes up for it if you can tolerate a lot.
