      My supervisor is great and understanding

      Cons

      Communication and other leadership roles are awful. They do not care how much work you put into a position. All this company cares about are numbers.

      Good pay. Decent benefits. Work life balance is par.

      Cons

      Horrible team Leadership. Just because you’re told you’re doing fine, it doesn’t mean you really are. You get put on a PIP if you don’t meet your daily goals. Kind of hard to do your work if you have a team lead that is never available to answer your questions or friendly enough to repeat how to do some things.
