Pros
There is no pressure to work 60 hours a week like other lenders I've worked for, the work life balance is awesome. Management from the corporate level is the best i've worked with in my mortgage career. They actually listen to your opinion and treat you as a person and not just a cog in the wheel. The room for growth at this site and with this company is tremendous. We are building out this site to be a huge call center and there are so many different opportunities to advance whether to management training or recruiting there is a need for all of it, and i'm really excited about advancing my career with this great company. Oh yeah and then there is Sundance Brennan my direct manager and VP of the site. Not enough can be said about his amazing leadership qualities. He is a wealth of knowledge and is truly dedicated to making everyone on his team a better salesman and better person.
Cons
It's in Irving which is really far from home but the job makes the drive worth it!
