      mortgage servicing wanna be

      salary potential is there, but expect to be slave driven.

      Cons

      will reduce your earnings every chance they get. Poor uneducated managers and supervisors. No clear understanding of what mortgage servicing business is all about.

      DO...NOT...WORK...HERE!

      I really enjoyed the nature of the work creating loan modifications, and having no customer contact.

      Cons

      FACT: This is nothing more than a $35K to $45K job that should be paid much more, due to what is required. The PAY PLAN system is UNETHICALLY RIGGED to keep more money in the company's pockets. OVERTIME is MANDATORY, and fluctuated wildly. The reason many people have been there so long is because they have zero time to search for a better job. The loans are so haphazardly created, I can see this company either breaking laws or folding.

      Looks can be deceiving

      Vacation time and paid holidays

      Favoritism. No real room for growth. Management is incompetent. Lot of turnover. People quitting left and right

But if you don’t feel that's an option, please talk with one of your supervisor’s senior managers, or with someone in Human Resources.
