      Pros

      Great company with great people. They really care and make you feel welcome. In the short time I have been here I have met many people that make me feel as if I have been here for a much longer time. Company is growing fast.

      Cons

      With a company growing at this rate there are some growing pains but it is expected, only other thing is that its far from where I stay but that is a personal issue not so much towards the company.

      Competitive salary. Flexible work schedule.

      Cons

      Management is so-so. Had a great manager at first, then she was replaced with a mediocre one. Salespeople are not very supportive of operations staff.
