Business Outlook
Pros
I started as an LO and worked my way up to manager within a year and a half. They have good support and a ton of products. In fact, I would say their product list is better than anywhere I have worked before. They provide a ton of high quality leads as well a great dialer system. Flexable hours as long as you are producing.
Cons
I really do not have any other than the fact that it is the mortgage industry. This means there is a lot of money to be made, but not everyone will be successful. You must be determined and hardworking to make it work here. It is not a place you can just show up and collect a check. Everything is earned.
