Pros

I came to Shellpoint as a new grad, and so far it has been an awesome experience. I was so worried I would have to settle for a less than great job, because I didn't have years of experience on my resume. However, Shellpoint has welcomed me in, offered great training, and made me feel like an important member of the team. The starting pay is great (much higher than other entry-level jobs I interviewed for). This company is growing and FAST (with no sign of slowing down anytime soon), so now is the perfect time to jump on and become a part of this awesome team. Some of my favorite things: Convenient downtown location with free parking, fun work culture, nice office atmosphere, work/life balance, and approachable management.
