      Pros

      Phenomenal products (VA, FHA, CONV) and very competitive pricing. The lead system is fair and we receive leads from lower my bills and other websites, we never run out of people to call.

      Cons

      There are not too many downsides. Coming to New Penn you have to ready to work hard and dial the phone, some might consider this a downside, but the more people you talk to the more opportunity you have to close loans and earn more money
