      Pros

      Company was growing and expanding tied up in refi market not ready for purchase market, brand recognition needs work but company has good values and support of employees. Minimal overlays to fannie and freddie guidelines and company sells direct. Working on expanding to more FHA and VA. Company has a non-conforming product and the ability to grow in the marketplace.

      Cons

      New hire training is in the works no set plan for obtaining underwriting authority. There is rapid turnover of upper management.
