      Pros

      New Penn Financial is a great place to work. They are focused on employee growth and development. They have a platform that can help grow employee's business and allows for creativity for each individual sales professional.

      Cons

      New Penn does not have an office in Chicago. I would love to have a place where I could come in to the office as needed. When meeting clients face-to-face it is a more professional way to do business. This is a personal issue more than a company issue.

      -volatile business environment -extremely poor training in certain areas ( sales, processing) -management is extremely poor and inexperienced -poor pay and benefits -no opportunities for advancement

      They pay for your training, licensing, continuing ed. Good people to work with, relaxed environment

      Cons

      Company doesn't adjust to changing environment, back end processing and underwriting is horrible, business model is obsolete and doesn't help LO to progress and make money.
