Good benefits, great team, management is approachable, good pay.
Cons
Last year, during a town hall meeting, someone asked about raises. Shane (executive) said they would be mostly performance based. After the call, we were informed remote workers would not get a raise (which is usually just 2-3% to try and keep us even with inflation). Therefore, after inflation, we are making less this year than last year. So we get to listen in the town hall meeting to how great the company is doing and then be told no cost of living raises.
