No cons, it has been great so far.

Training is the worst ever we have come across. They find it ok to throw employees into the fire. Their motto work 'em hard. Systems regularly go down for a whole day at the end of the month so you have a hard time hitting goal. Some of the worst underwriters ever and most off shore. No management at location and hours are 2 or 3 different due to time zone. You are literally left alone. A truly horrible experience.
