      What a joke

      Pros

      The only pro is the Health Insurance

      Cons

      They do not care about you as a person. They throw a fit if you try and schedule any time off. They try and convince you to change your days if it's not good for them. They want you to tell them exactly why you need time off. My grandmother passed and they wanted me to work a half day on the day of her funeral!!! You work your butt off for them to not get any raises or bonuses they promise you. The managers are a joke unless you're part of the goodie goodie club. Instead of promoting people who actually know the job, they bring in outsiders who know nothing about the job and we have to train them. There is no training system at all. You train one way and by the next week they tell you you're doing it wrong and change everything. Their turnaround time for employees and managers is insanely high. They picked and chose who they would let be permanent wfh employees and who couldn't. I honestly could write a whole book about the crap they put their employees through.

      Low key Toxic

      Pros

      The people seem nice and tried to make the environment bearable. And training is great.

      Cons

      Omit during hiring process the transition from WFH. Told they work from home 3 days a week and first day in, was told they were transitioning to twice a week until they are completely in the office. Which does not make sense if meetings are done over zoom at your desk. Meanwhile, you have a co-worker cussing and insulting people on their zoom call. I was questioned about my lunchbreaks and regular breaks. I was encouraged to bring in lunch to work from my desk though they have a kitchen with chefs on the premises. They don't understand that staring at a screen for 8+ hours is unhealthy for people and lunch is your time. I was told that we're monitored and believed it because you had to badge in to access to certain parts of the building. If they felt you weren't busy enough, they would give you menial task even though one of your job description is develop. Which means researching and thinking.
