Great Benefits but lack of visibility from management

Cons

No room for growth. Working in various domains results in confusion for ticket escalation and permissions. Management only cares about the big picture and fails to recognize the short-comings of cross departmental projects. Teams are siloed so projects are prioritized differently by various teams.
