Confusing and fear-based work environment, dirty office, no confidentiality, at work in the morning, fired by lunch....you never know. Everybody is on xanax....I wonder why?! See the writing on the wall....if you need a paycheck, great....if you want a great work environment where you are happy RUN the other way!

Every employee lives in constant fear of being fired on a daily basis, regardless of the results you're providing. Their business model is just short of selling snake oil and you're expected to convince the customer that it's legitimate. Promotions and wage increases are based on favoritism, nepotism and who complains the most. There is such a lack of communication from upper management and between different departments that every day is a constant struggle, and apathy runs rampant throughout the company because of it. They will tell you you're the best employee ever to walk through the doors at breakfast, and fire you by lunch time. If you just need a job/paycheck go for it, but if you're seriously looking to get into the the media biz with a reputable company look elsewhere.
