Pros

The experience you get working in this fast-paced, media company. You also work with some incredibly talented people who will later become valuable resources for your future job hunt.

Cons

They have an incredibly high turnover rate, such that even the best and brightest regularly fear for their jobs. They also micromanage to the point of ridiculousness. Regular memos are sent out, random drug testing is in place and your every move on the computer is monitored.
