The pay is okay but not worth what you go through.

Cons

Never before have I worked at a company run by such soulless, ruthless people. The only thing that’s more startling than the mean-spirited demeanor of everyone in upper (and most of middle) management at Newsweek is their ineptitude. Management operates with unmerited arrogance with no consideration about creating a positive work environment. The pay is okay, but that is literally the only good thing.
