Extremely regimented and almost a Robotic Corporate Culture. Inappropriate management style by one of the managers who utilised intimidation and humiliation as a method to control a a training subordinate. As an example, in a large meeting of peers, a manager humiliated an individual trainee by snickering and stating that a complicated project was to be given to the trainee. Next, the manager and another peer laughed at the trainee in front of his peers. This is an inappropriate method to intimidate and humiliate an employee. This manager should be fired.
