      Pros

      It's a job in a smaller city and one of few remaining employers in that community.

      Cons

      Too many to list. Has evolved from a fun family-feeling entrepreneurial work environment to a corporate back stabbing hell hole.

      Pros

      -pay is decent for hourly employees in area based compared to other companies -most people who work there are nice -there can be some good overtime opportunities

      Cons

      -very, very, poor communication between departments -too many managers, it can get confusing if you're being asked to do different things by different people -very little focus, seem to change the company's direction every few months -lots of backstabbing between departments, managers more interested in making their department look good -will hire new workers, who get paid less than people who have been there for a while, and then fire people who have been there longer, seniority means very little -management plays favourites

      Pros

      Used to be a great co-operative environment. A family feel where everyone was there to help each other.

      Cons

      Pay is far less than average. No longer a good work environment. Management. Management never asks the employees what it is they need to make them more efficient in their roles, they just think they already know (they don't have a clue)
