      Pros

      Free lunch on Friday? Although, usually frozen hamburgs.

      Cons

      Unethical business principles. Expected lots of overtime without pay - salary based income. Didn't pay any of their bills on time. Employee turnover is extremely high. Company grew without adding capable managers to run the business. Supposed to include benefits but was really a co-op benefit package. Many ppl hated working there for whatever reason and acted it. Bought their 50 Best Managed Company award from Deloitte, their audit accountants.

      Pros

      newterra has some very intelligent people working for them and we build some great products. Lots of opportunities to work with and create new tools and build new skills. Typically an exciting environment to work in - never a dull moment.

      Cons

      Management consistently low-balls people on their salary and wages. Culture is somewhat toxic but could be worst. Management does not listen to their employees. Some people backstab and will throw you under the bus.
