An engineer's perspective: fast growing company, but many problems

- office culture is very relaxed - everyone is willing to help - get experience with many different types of equipment

Cons

- pay is below average - main office is in brockville - unorganized, no well defined processes/procedures/policies - high engineer turnover rate - management is nowhere near as transparent as they say they are

Pros

Sales people from the day you walk in the door. "Friendly" do to incompetence and lack of any processes or profits. Brave faces and stockholders permanent job.

Cons

"Salesman", all of them especially management Be very careful with these incompetent local yokels, they have no clue how to assemble and test anything. It was easies place to figure out how to build and make profit for me, but, everyone there had no experience working for another company. It started out of a engineers garage and still had that culture.

Terrible management team. Less than normal benefits. No idea how to manage a real company. No one care about employees.
