- Horrible product, no system has ever worked to design. They are to last for 10 years for there Microclear membranes never seen one system last 2 years without replacement. Also did i mention cost about 10* what the competition charges.
- No customer support, always blaming customer every time something goes wrong. only react if they think there is going to be a large financial in-pack / or they think they can up sell your on more crap.
- Engineers are extremely arrogant, Never listen to advise from there employees who have years of experience and great ideas how to solve most issues.
- Should be taken to court for not paying years of over time / Vacation pay.... Almost every field guy works way above there salary contract hours but have never been compensated for there work... BIG ONE you cant run a business and not pay your people for there time.
- I could go on and on but to what avail, if you are in the water or waste water industry stay as far away from this company as possible.
