-nice people for the most part

Cons

-my manager would frequently throw me under the bus when they ended up being wrong about something, no backbone from senior leadership or conviction in their beliefs -some leaders were nice and really competent, others were nightmares to work with -frequently had to work after hours and on weekends… If you like McKinsey culture, go for it / otherwise stay away

Pros

The people can be nice and remote work provides flexible balance.

Cons

Consulting culture has taken over NewtonX and is rotting the organization. So many people come from a McKinsey or similar background and these people tend to regard themselves as more important than others which creates a bad culture at NewtonX.

Pros

- Management is very transparent on goals, priorities and direction of the business - We're growing and constantly hiring (which means plenty of room for upward movement pending performance) - Opportunity to work with top-tier clients including many of the top F500 companies globally - Ability to own and execute on strategic initiatives when and where it makes sense

Cons

At times, we've grows quicker than expected and thus have put a lot of strain on delivery teams
