-Job responsibilities are not intellectually stimulating in the LEAST and do NOT promote development of transferable skills. (Review before mine says that NewtonX is “fertile ground for creative thinkers”... that statement is obviously contrived and carefully crafted... Genuine opinions are not so formally composed, and that statement is the opposite of reality at NewtonX)
-The work is EXTREMELY repetitive, such that each week melds into the next. The business model inhibits the ability to do any interesting work. The monotony is hard to put into words. (note: do NOT work here if you do not enjoy calling strangers all day long)
-Management routinely misleads employees about benefits (e.g. contracts are not honored: “group health insurance” promised on contracts is really just $250 monthly reimbursement that you have to constantly nag management about; scheduled promotions are not honored)
-Workforce is very apparently unhappy and under-appreciated, which will inevitably inhibit the company’s success
