The coworkers are good and the team works together
Cons
The leadership of the company has run it into the ground. Matt, Ben, and the rest only care about themselves and don't have what it takes to lead the organization.
The teams are growing rapidly, and there are many opportunities to learn and get exposure outside your role if you have the ambition. The culture within my team is probably the best thing about my job. I always feel like I am challenged yet supported. I never feel alone, even when I am working independently on something. And I feel heard when I bring forward things of concern or questions. The extensive expertise held by the current staff provides the best learning opportunity.
Cons
The office location is great for downtown but can be cumbersome for those who live outside the 610 loop.
