Too much Office Politics

Pros

Good pay; Smart people; Large project.

Cons

The managers are interested in power games, not getting the jobs done correctly. The attitude jeopardizes the safety and reliability of the $18B project. Many safety concerns got ignored. The problem finders could be considered as problem makers. No appreciation but hostility even if the critical hazards were pointed out indirectly as it may make them look dumb.
