      Great place to work, one minor downside

      Pros

      Amazing management, friendly co-workers, the best contracting company you could probably work for, you never have to worry about looking for a new job if a contract ends, and they make sure to take care of their people.

      Cons

      You may end up in positions that don't align with your career, this doesn't happen often, but it is a trend among some folks, these are always temporary though so NextGen by no means is a career killer.

      Pros

      Company always has your back. Management always does the right thing for the employee, even if it effects the bottom line.

      Cons

      Young and small company, so many of the benefits don't exist yet: tuition assistance, stock, things like that.

      - Young company with leadership that has a proven track record - Leadership truly values their employees - Lots of opportunities to use and learn new technologies - Employees are given as much opportunity to grow as they are willing to take on

      Typical issues with a young company, missing some benefits that larger companies have. Health insurance could be better.
