      Great Young Company with Lots of Potential

      Pros

      Experienced executive leadership and tactical leadership - these guys know what they're doing and have a history of success in defense and commercial consulting. Fun, fast-paced environment with new projects & technologies constantly emerging. It's a software engineering dream. Small, growing company that cares about its people. Great upwards potential for all levels of the company. Committed to ethical practices and willing to take the high road. That's just who this leadership is.

      Cons

      Defense contacting has its ups and downs, but leadership has a solid grasp on how to position the company through obstacles.

      Pros

      The company is young but CEO is a proven business owner and very personable. The senior leaders are also very personable and care for each employee.

      Cons

      Due to the company being young, they may not have all the perks and fringe benefits that larger companies may have. However, the leadership understands this and works with their employees so this is not a full Con.
