Great tech exposure but poor management practices

Good exposure to new Technology and Healthcare. Very skillful entry level or experience engineers.

Cons

Non technical Management, micromanagement, Meaningless policies and KPIs. Very understaffed and always enforcing to help other departments without proper training.

- Great Benefits (Especially Medical) - Excellent experience for new IT specialist - Recieved reimbursement for driving around to offices - Outside of specific after-hours/Evenings, hours were flexible and reasonable

Cons

- Upper management was not present often - Difficult to branch outside specific job position - Departments were cliches, no inter-department camaraderie - Was purchased by an equity company
