Pros

Been with the company for just under a year and have really enjoyed my experience. Management trusts/respects you, goals are fair, compensation is competitive, and all members on my direct team are excellent people to work with. Would definitely recommend to a friend

Cons

The company has been undergoing organizational changes, which can be hectic, but seems to be setting us up for a stronger future.

Thank you so much for this encouraging review! I am delighted to hear that your first year with us has been so positive, and that you feel trusted and respected by management. It is great to know that you find your goals fair, your compensation competitive, and your direct teammates excellent to work alongside. I also appreciate your perspective on our recent organizational shifts. Change can certainly introduce a level of hectic energy, but I am glad to see you share our optimism that these adjustments are positioning us for a much stronger, more aligned future. We are glad to have you on the team! - Amy LeBold, Chief People Officer

Pros

Hybrid work, excellent training, and very supportive leadership. I know past reviews for NextRoll were not the best, but that was before the new leadership team stepped in. They genuinely want employees to grow with the company and are very understanding when life happens. Coming into tech sales as someone new, I’ve had nothing but excellent training and support. There’s a clear path for growth here, and leadership really invests in your success.

Cons

The only “con” was reading old Glassdoor reviews before joining, which made me nervous. After learning about the new leadership, I gave them a shot, and I’m glad I did. There aren’t really any cons. It’s a tech sales SDR role, so you’ll be prospecting daily. If you don’t enjoy calling, emailing, or LinkedIn outreach, then this isn’t the right fit.

Thank you for taking the time to write this, and for naming what a lot of newer employees are probably feeling. It means a lot to hear that the training, leadership, and growth path have lived up to what we're trying to build. Coming into tech sales is no small thing, and the fact that you're feeling supported and invested in is exactly what we want the SDR experience to be. Thanks for giving us a shot and for being part of the team! — Amy LeBold, Chief People Officer

Thank you for sharing this. Autonomy and support are two of the things we work hardest to protect, so it's good to hear they're landing. We strive to meet market standards for our benefits offerings based on our size/industry. Every year we benchmark against this and continue to look into how we can provide the best package for our employees. Thanks for being part of the team! — Amy LeBold, Chief People Officer
