Great company – a little crazy and disorganized

Fun, very smart people. Product seems to be helping a lot of people. Great culture, a really fun place to work. You can really get invested in the product.

Cons

After several years the product frankly still looks awful – bigger design investment needed. Would be good if they served lunch too so that employees didn't have to leave every day.

Career growth opportunities are almost non-existent. When a position is open, internal hiring is rarely if ever considered, even when current employees may be qualified. Pay is below market.

The people I worked with are excellent and very talented. All the employees are wonderful.

Cons

Leadership is horrible. They have no vision for the product and are inept and making the correct decisions. They also have a huge ego about themselves and refuse to listen to the people. Don't come here.
