Working with smart, talented people! Most people walk the talk especially when it comes to being kind towards others which is the core mission of the org -- to cultivate kindness.

Cons

Some people are not helpful -- they assume that you know a lot of things. They teach you how to fish and not just how to eat things (which is not so bad).

A company that IPO'd too soon and has an identity crisis

Pros

There are some really cool folks working here, I've loved most of the colleagues I've come across. Some power users are now employees who obviously care about the platform from an actual user perspective.

Cons

There's not any real process and it's shocking for a company that is over a decade old and IPO'd. Direction is missing and when it comes down to real tradeoffs, no real decisions seem to be made.
