Pros

Somewhat of a work-life balance here, but the internal tools will require you to work more than 40 hours a week, as the tooling is extremely manual and inefficient. We're working out of 3 programs at a time to complete one task.

Cons

Only certain verticals perform on Nextdoor. Limited TAM. Tooling is awful and requires teams to be completely stuck on arduous tasks. Leadership only truly cares about the SMB business The product team is extremely slow to go to market Boomer mentality, not cutting edge with thinking Copy Cat platform

Pros

- Every single person on my team I love working with and are always helpful. - Our new CEO inspires and reminds us to do our best work everyday - The product has a mission which makes it easy for you to believe in your work - Because its still relatively small there is so many areas one can make an impact and improve

Cons

- I would say is that it lacks laser focus on product direction & investment - Things are broken a lot because there is just so much to work on and not enough PMs.
