      Pros

      Nextdoor is a great place for New Grad engineers who are driven and hit the ground running. Everyone is kind, supportive, and welcoming.

      Cons

      Not enough staff engineers or mentorship to seniors, lower pay than the standard, and behind in benefits/perks.

      My coworkers are incredibly empathetic, easy to work with, and the work load is manageable

      Cons

      Uncertain future for Nextdoor - huge growth phase right now but really depends on execution. All the cons of building a social media platform.
