The company is experiencing rapid growth across every metric. DAU, Revenue, and headcount. Lots of exciting new features to come. Great time to join.

Cons

Can't think of anything negative to say. Everyone is friendly and committed to the company's mission. The tech stack, A/B test framework could use some love but that's why the company is hiring for these roles.

Clarity in every teams goal . Good people and transparent environment Excellent CEO with great principles & strategy

Cons

No common goal.. every team has its own goal which sometimes creates confusion ( which i guess is case with small companies or startups) Lot of people know each other from past company so sometimes it’s intimidating for new person to express or prove.
