The company has been growing rapidly and there's a sense of excitement that comes with that. Leadership does a good job of making sure everyone's aligned with the overall mission & values. Lots of progress being made on the engineering side.

Cons

Nothing out of the ordinary for a growing startup.

Interesting problem being solved. Strong CEO. Lot of good work to be done, so lots of learnings to be had. Transparent culture, nothing is hidden for better or for worse. Pretty inclusive of everyones thoughts.

Cons

401k match not that strong.

We are often told to prioritize "mental health" yet encouraged to work long hours
