Nextdoor C-level team is amazing and it trickles down. Everyone is professional and warm at the same time. Extremely transparent company.

Cons

Still growing so things can change and evolve quickly which I think is a pro but some people might not like change.

growing company meaning lots of cool stuff to work on where you do see your impact. great company support for mental health, working from home etc. The salary is competitive and some nice company perks. Our CEO is amazing, she really wants diversity and to promote a great working environment

Cons

the hours can sometimes be long but this is outweighed by the variety of projects going on
