Pros

Headphones + gym membership are nice perks! There are really great people working here despite the lack of clear direction from the leadership.

Cons

Where to begin.. Nextdoor has aggressively hired from Twitter in the Sales Org. This has led to a toxic work environment with leftover politics from a prior employer. There is also limited transparency with job requirements, KPIs, and career growth. This level of ambiguity leads to a lot of miscommunication and unclear expectations (with many people working below their abilities), in addition to toxicity from the leadership.

Great engineering culture, intelligent and approachable people, and flexibility on projects.

Cons

Still under 300 ppl so if you're looking for a large company this isn't it.

Pros

- Very helpful engineering culture. Never feel blocked or afraid to ask someone else for insight. - Get to work on focused teams with impactful missions such as launching into a new country or bringing a new product to life.

Cons

Can't think of any. Sometimes team size feels like a constraint, but this is an issue at most startups.
