Pros

Very focused on "doing the right thing" with customers, Awesome atmosphere to work in, Very Friendly and hospitable environment, Excellent Leadership. The training experience was very helpful and there is always someone there to help if needed. I wouldn't change anything about the way this company is ran. As you can see from the Title this is my home away from home.

Cons

Honestly can not think of any CONS about CMS MECHANICAL. My experience here with this company has been so beneficial in many ways. I wouldn't ask to change anything.

Phenomenal Company for Self Motivated Individuals

Pros

Great pay and benefits; weekly pay. You have all the tools at your fingertips to stand out and shine, instead of waiting to put the long years into the company to be recognized Middle management is patient and supportive Unbelievable amount of weekly reports to help us fine tune our productivity. Mr. Bull has made a great investment into the analytical side of running a business and as a former business owner myself; I can really appreciate the time and money he has invested into this.

Cons

They won't hold your hand here. If you are not self driven to be productive and find where your skills fit in at this organization; it can be frustrating to understand your job duties. If you need a lot of accolades or coddling to motivate you; this is not the company for you.

Pros

You know lots of companies offer jobs, however if you want a career this is the place. If you want the 9-5 job get out of the air conditioning. I have the opportunity to mover anywhere in the country. It's exciting to have these abilities. Great Place to work! Atmosphere is fun -do your work correctly for the customer and you can move anywhere in this company. Great Customer focused company.

Cons

Cannot think of anything that would fit in this category. This would be specific to the person hired, if your expectations are that everything is negative your a negative person.
