Tons of overtime if you want it b/c they cant keep people so there is always a back log of work to get caught up on.

Cons

Extremely unprofessional environment, very negative, not a positive atmosphere where you can feel happy to come to work. Profanity and vulgarity is the normal...and management sets that tone and it just trickles down. Turn over is very high, people either quit or get fired. I would not recommend this place for positive or professional people....you're not what they are looking for!

Unorganized management, RSM's clueless about HVAC

Work from home via iPad

Cons

It's either feast or famine with workload. RSM's are only concerned about what is financially best for their own wallet not the technicians or customer. PM adds are questioned if they are minor or even not necessary. There is never any type of thanks giving for good work. They need to have office and management staff that is trained in proper management technique. If you have no family life and don't care about customer service this is the place for you.
