Competitive pay and easy access off of I 95

Cons

This organization has absolutely no leadership, direction, or culture. Nothing in this company is transparent and expectations are never communicated. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Pros

1.Plenty of work. 2. Good equipment, and vehicles. 3. Techs have a lot of input in jobs. 4. Safety is important and items such as lifts, second techs, etc., are not questioned when requested.

Cons

1.Few opportunities for advancement and if a chance is given, training really lacks. You have 60 days or less to get the new position down pat, or they will get rid of you. 2.Techs are expected to find something beyond the initial problem on EVERY call, and to use every cent of their NTE each time. 3. Communication between regional offices and technicians is very poor (at least in the one I am in). Emails regarding vacation requests, restocking orders, reimbursements go unanswered frequently which leads to having to follow up constantly. When vacations or doctor appointments are approved, dispatch and management do not make notes of them and schedule calls as if they weren’t scheduled. 4. Experience with the company has taught the technicians to be in a perpetual state of covering and protecting themselves. ie: keeping copies of emails, spelling out specifics in job notes, keeping copies of al receipts, etc.
