Cons

There really aren’t any except it can get a little chilly in the office so bring a jacket LOL.

Pros

Lots of overtime in the summer and all the hours you want year round. All commercial no residential so that’s a plus. Bring your tools and we will put you to work!

Cons

Long hours, benefit package could be better Work life balance doesn’t exist during summertime.

Pros

The job itself has decent pay. That is it, that is the only positive thing.

Cons

Toxic work environment. No way to move up in the company. Always short staffed. Too much of a work load for any normal human to accomplish. A lot of the other men would openly make very sexist remarks to and about the women that worked there. Training was basically non-existent. If coworkers weren't openly sexist they were outright spiteful and rude. Management didn't care and outright contributed to the toxic work environment.
