      Pros

      Port to Port pay is awesome. Stays pretty busy

      Cons

      Drive time can be pretty long on some jobs, but there's port to port pay so its not that bad

      Pros

      Nextech is a great company to work for, they are fair, respectful and help you move up if you so desire. The management team is driven for success but never falls short of recognizing your hard work and achievements within your respective areas of responsibility. Also, they treat the technicians with the utmost respect, seeing them as the backbone of the company - they are always looking out for them first and foremost as it should be.

      Cons

      Because of the rapid pace of growth we can be short staffed at times especially in the field. As we are adding adjacencies to our business this struggle will continue.
