Pros

Lots of overtime in the summer and all the hours you want year round. All commercial no residential so that’s a plus. Bring your tools and we will put you to work!

Cons

Long hours, benefit package could be better Work life balance doesn’t exist during summertime.

Pros

I began my career at this company in an entry-level position and worked my way up to management. There is plenty of room for career growth and advancement, and the knowledge and experience you gain here can be applied to so many other fields. Choosing to work for CMS Nextech was one of the best career choices of my life.

Cons

Communication can be problematic at times, though there has been a marked improvement as we've grown and expanded. Work can be stressful, especially during the busier summer months where HVAC is critical for customers.

Big changes have made CMS Nextech what it is

Pros

The company is under new management which of course means big changes. In this case they’ve all be positive ones. The level of employee appreciation has made a complete and total 180 turn around. The atmosphere of the office, which let’s be honest wasn’t always the best, has been GREAT. It’s a place where employees are appreciated, having fun and most of all….enjoying their jobs.

Cons

Change isn't made over night. There's still work to be done but management is doing a great job
