Good pay, other than that nothing really

Cons

Have to provide all of your own HVAC tools including scale, micron gauge, brazing, leak detector, multimeter. All they provide is vacuum and recovery pumps. You work an on call standby week and then am on call week. Lack of techs only allows one week off where you’re not on call and then the cycle starts again.
