Pros

Pay is great for the position. Work hard and are left alone most of the day. If you have the skills you will do great at the job.

Cons

On-call, a lot of travel can be exhausting.

Pros

I get to work with wonderful people that are clearly committed to customer service. Our customers are important to us. I also appreciate the focus on safety and health for our employees. The benefits are good compared to other places I have worked. It feels good to work for a company that does things the right way.

Cons

No onsite gym. It would be nice to be able to workout during my lunch break.
